Official Commission Policy – Rental & Sales Transactions Kindly note that the company’s commission structure is applied as follows: 1. Annual Rental Agreements A commission of 5% of the annual rental value from each party (Landlord and Tenant) is payable upon signing of the lease agreement, regardless of the agreed payment terms. The commission remains due at contract execution whether rental payments are made annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly. 2. Short-Term Rentals (Less Than One Year) A commission of 10% of the monthly rental value applies to rental agreements with a duration of less than one year. 3. Sales Commission For applicable transactions, a 2% sales commission is charged based on the agreed sale value. 4. Commission Payment Authority All commissions must be paid directly to the Company CEO (Aya Tayseer Hasan) or to the CEO’s official bank account only. Company agents, brokers, or representatives are not authorized to receive commission payments directly on behalf of the company under any circumstances. This commission policy applies to all agreements and appointments facilitated through the company unless otherwise stated in writing.
